Law firm files lawsuit on behalf of Tipped Employees against Shoney’s of Knoxville, Inc. for unpaid after-shift “off the clock” clean-up time and unpaid non-tip producing side work — for those who have worked for Shoney’s of Knoxville, Inc at any time during the past three years.  (Non-tip Producing side work before and after having customers must be paid for at least the minimum wage rate of $7.25 per hour, without crediting any tips toward the $7.25 per hour.)
